About The Position

The Sr. Beverage Planning Analyst is a functional lead within the Beverage Supply Chain team, responsible for driving alignment and improvement opportunities through functional planning across a region of Niagara’s beverage business. The role drives process improvement, supports raw-material replenishment and finished-goods scheduling, and provides leadership with an overview of key business processes. It works closely with sales, S&OP, customers, manufacturing partners, project management, engineering, and other internal and external stakeholders to drive action and alignment.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in purchasing, MRP, procurement, planning, or a similar function.
At least 4 years of experience managing people or projects.
A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Manufacturing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
A data-driven approach to problem solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to select appropriate communication methods and tailor messages to the audience.
Approximately 10% travel.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Balance supply and demand over a multi-week horizon across multiple manufacturing and third-party logistics sites in the assigned region.
Execute production run strategies that maximize asset utilization and deliver value to customers.
Collaborate with sales, customers, and manufacturing partners to develop production strategies that support customer service.
Oversee publication of master plans to the organization and customers, ensuring high-quality data outputs.
Analyze inventory budgets and changeover cadence to balance holding and changeover costs while maintaining service.
Provide effective internal customer service through clear communication and prompt responses to personnel at all levels.
Manage non-optimal sourcing strategies to reduce cost while meeting service goals.
Partner with internal logistics and plants to support high warehouse utilization, understand storage capacities, and keep system values updated.
Manage third-party logistics by developing cost-optimal product mixes and controlling planned versus actual flow.
Balance raw-material supply and demand and develop site-level supply plans for Niagara domestic sites.
Develop raw-material supply solutions that support flexibility in customer demand.
Work cross-functionally with network partners to monitor and maintain inventory budgets.
Monitor demand shifts across the network and proactively adjust raw-material supply plans to ensure supply continuity.
Anticipate and communicate changes in needs or constraints.
