About The Position
As a member of the Device and Supply Chain team, the Sr Supply Chain Planner allocates inventory to sales channels based on leadership priorities while meeting service level targets. Working with channel partners and supply chain teams, the planner also recommends and aligns with cross channel leaders on the inventory availability customers can expect, supporting the T-Mobile customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience, OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
- Acceptable areas of study include Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Responsibilities
- Develops and applies allocation policies and inventory control processes to match product availability to channel demand
- Leads cross-functional teams to improve supply chain and allocation processes
- Partners with channel partners, supply chain teams, and internal stakeholders to keep inventory flow aligned with priorities
- Analyzes demand, sales, and inventory data to support forecasts, allocation decisions, and risk identification
- Manages vendor relationships to support inventory availability and business objectives
- Identifies and implements improvements to supply chain performance and service level results
