Job Summary Senior Supply Chain Manager The Senior Supply Chain Manager will bring deep expertise across the full end‑to‑end supply chain, from strategic planning through execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete flow of materials, information, and processes that support our new business operations. This role requires strong analytical capability, operational leadership, and the ability to optimize complex, multi‑functional supply chain activities. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of improving service levels, reducing cost, and driving operational excellence across diverse supply chain environments. This position requires advanced experience in production planning and scheduling, including capacity planning, line balancing, and coordinating with operational teams to ensure efficient use of resources. The candidate needs to lead the team to develop master production schedules, analyze demand forecasts, and align production plans with business priorities. Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems, constraint‑based scheduling, and continuous improvement methodologies is essential. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will also assist with procurement and sourcing activities, ensuring MM achievement, supplier performance, cost competitiveness, and risk mitigation. In addition, the candidate will oversee warehouse operations and indirectly support the inventory management team, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate inventory records, and efficient material flow. This includes implementing inventory control strategies, managing cycle counts, optimizing storage layouts, and improving warehouse processes to support safety, accuracy, and productivity. Familiarity with lean principles, logistics coordination, and KPI‑driven performance management is expected. Overall, we are seeking a hands‑on, results‑oriented leader who can collaborate across departments, build strong operational processes, and support the growth of a new business unit. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10 + years of related experience in Supply Chain Management
  • End-to-end Supply Chain Process experience
  • Ability to quickly analyze and identify problems and assess the data to make informed decisions.
  • Diligent attention to detail to inventory management, order accuracy, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Familiarity with large ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), other technology and the ability to solve problems related to order processing, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Clear and concise communication is vital for coordinating with staff, vendors, and upper management.
  • Ability to make decisions promptly, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Adaptability to warehousing environments and can rapidly change due to fluctuations in demand or unexpected challenges.
  • Strong leadership skills to help motivate and guide team members, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring everyone works together towards common goals.
  • Creative approach to problem-solving that can lead to effective solutions that improve processes and outcomes, whether through technology or process optimization.
