About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality performance, drive continuous improvement, and serve as a technical authority across supplier, manufacturing, and engineering functions. This role requires strong independence, decision‑making capability, and the ability to influence suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality Engineering
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems
• Proven experience with root cause analysis, Lean / Six Sigma methodologies, and supplier development
• Experience working independently with suppliers and cross‑functional teams

Nice To Haves

• Electronics / PCBA experience and IPC knowledge are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality management activities, including audits, performance reviews, and corrective action closure
• Own supplier corrective and preventive action processes and ensure sustainable improvements
• Lead new supplier qualification and new part approval activities
• Analyze quality trends, reduce DPPM, and mitigate supply risk
• Partner with Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations to improve product and process quality
• Support and lead internal, customer, and certification audits
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Quality Engineers and technicians
