About The Position

As a Sr Supplier Development Engineering Manager here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage supplier development initiatives to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of components and materials used in our building automation products. You will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to drive continuous improvement, resolve supply chain issues, and support new product introductions. You will report directly to our VP Chief Procurement Officer and you’ll work out of our Northford, CT or Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the quality and efficiency of our supply chain, contributing to the success of Honeywell’s Building Automation solutions that enhance energy efficiency, safety, and comfort in buildings worldwide.
