About The Position

As a Senior Supplier Development Engineer specializing in electronic components, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of suppliers. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with suppliers, managing their performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and supply chain efficiency. You will report directly to our Director of Supplier Development, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact our supplier development by bringing your extensive expertise and experience to our organization. You will play a critical role in driving supplier performance and ensuring that our suppliers meet the highest quality standards. Your contributions directly impact our organization's operational excellence and overall success.
