About The Position

The Senior Supervisor, Operations Management role directs the implementation of 2nd shift activities in production to meet goals for safety, quality, cost, and delivery; manages 2nd shift operations including assembly and test; oversees procedures, budgets, capital expenditures, and labor; and ensures compliance with legal and safety standards. This role will oversee a small team, that will expand in size in the forseeable future.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Secret clearance is required, at the time of higher.

Nice To Haves

• Top Secret clearance is preferred.
• Understands basic supervisory approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, and process execution.
• Requires practical knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline.
• Continuous improvement involvement
• Experience overseeing complex electronics assembly and test tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and coordination for 2nd shift operations team members.
• Facilitate production meetings and status reporting.
• Execute production plans.
• Work cross-functionally with all departments and leaders.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
