About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Superintendent with a background in commercial construction, specifically in healthcare projects, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction industry standards, building codes, equipment, and methods. This role requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.

Requirements

7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
Background working on Healthcare projects highly preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of all aspects of construction industry standards, building codes, equipment and methods.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
Valid driver's license and personal mode of transportation.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able climb ladders or scaffolding.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to walk a project 3 to 4 times a day.
Must be able to stand for 6 hours a day.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and building codes.
Manage project schedules and resources using Microsoft Project.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the construction site.
Conduct regular site walks and inspections.
