As our Sr. Structural Engineer, you will be hands-on with the technical design of buildings projects, oversee multiple projects simultaneously including budgeting, scheduling, and client management & communication, and attend project sites and client meetings. Requirements

B.S. Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering.
Professional Engineering (PE) license.
5+ years of relevant structural engineering design experience (Concrete, Steel, Masonry, Wood).
Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, RISA, RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, RAM Concept, Enercalc, Excel).

Nice To Haves

M.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering is preferred.
Revit experience including modeling and producing construction drawings is preferred.
Experience with seismic evaluations and retrofits per ASCE 41 a plus.

Responsibilities

Hands-on with technical design of buildings projects.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously including budgeting, scheduling, and client management & communication.
Attend project sites and client meetings.
Collaborate with teams of engineers and architects to complete project deliverables.
Coordinate design work with other engineering and architectural disciplines.
Meet client expectations for budget and schedule while delivering a quality product.
Increase proficiency in relevant design, modeling, and analysis software applications such as Revit, ETABS, RISA, RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, RAM Concept, Enercalc, Excel, SteelSmart, and Simpson CFS Designer.
Increase your knowledge of local codes and industry standards.
Assist with budget estimates and write-ups for proposals.
