About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to help shape the next chapter of Rula's psychiatry business. In this highly cross-functional role, you'll partner closely with leaders across Clinical, Operations, Growth, Product, Finance, and Analytics to define long-term strategy, evaluate new business opportunities, and translate high-impact ideas into actionable pilots and scalable initiatives. Some example projects may include: define the path to 5x’ing the business over the next 3 years; research, scope, and pilot new service launches or business lines; deep-dive into patient and payor LTVs to improve the businesses unit economics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business problems, and is equally comfortable developing executive-level strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to execute. You'll combine rigorous analytical thinking with strong operational instincts to influence key business decisions and drive initiatives that expand access to high-quality psychiatric care. You'll join a collaborative, mission-driven team and have meaningful ownership over strategic initiatives that directly shape the future growth of Rula's psychiatry business. Successful candidates typically bring a blend of experience from top-tier management consulting and strategy roles, with operations, product, or analytics experience within high-growth technology or healthcare companies. They are comfortable operating at every level, from framing ambiguous business problems and influencing executive stakeholders to building financial models, analyzing data, and leading cross-functional execution.
