About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity within the Honeywell Aerospace Technologies Sourcing Compliance Team. Looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join the Sourcing Compliance Team with core responsibility of auditing Commercial, FAR 12 and FAR 15 contracting actions.

Requirements

• FAR, DFARS, and company policies and procedures knowledge
• Experience auditing purchase order file documentation
• Familiarity with Government Purchasing Manual (GPM)
• Experience developing and implementing internal policies and procedures
• Knowledge of CPSR (Certified Purchasing System Review) requirements

Responsibilities

• Providing guidance and direction to procurement professionals in support of procurement actions by referencing the FAR, DFARS and company policies and procedures
• Auditing purchase order file documentation in accordance with (IAW) the Government Purchasing Manual (GPM)
• Assisting with developing and implementing internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations
• Interface with Procurement management and staff to assist in ensuring compliance to company policy and CPSR (Certified Purchasing System Review) requirements
• Collaborate to identify and standardize discrepancies in the auditing process to ensure uniformity
