This position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting including proactively sourcing candidates utilizing social networking tools and technology tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Indeed, etc. This position identifies and develops process improvements to enable the continuous refinement of staffing and recruiting services that promote a positive customer experience for candidates and hiring managers. This position works closely with the HR Business Partners and line management to develop a recruiting strategy ensuring the right candidates are identified and ultimately selected.
