About The Position

The Senior Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the staffing functions of the assigned department/s. Assumes responsibility for assuring the daily usual and complex operations of staffing. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Personal computer experience/knowledge is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and use complex thought processes in decision making.
• Ability to effectively utilize verbal and written communication.
• Flexibility to adapt to urgent situations and change.
• Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail for up to 75% of work time when preparing schedules, daily staffing and statistics.
• Ability to cope with pressure.
• Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with various personnel.
• Ability to organize, prioritize tasks.
