The Information Architecture (IA) team at ServiceNow focuses on the planning, design, and implementation of information architecture and metadata management to achieve strategic business goals. Their work includes taxonomy design and governance, data modeling, IA for digital user experiences, and vocabulary standards, collaborating with Digital Technology, digital site owners, Customer Support, and Marketing to deliver solutions that help users find information. This role is for a Senior Staff Information Architect with deep expertise in information architecture, taxonomy, and ontology design, combined with strategic thinking, a product mindset, and a consultative approach. The individual will define and drive IA and taxonomy solutions from concept to delivery, covering IA for digital user experiences, establishing a central taxonomy repository, automated content tagging, and applying AI to scale IA and taxonomy work. This is an individual contributor role with high autonomy, suitable for someone who proactively shapes direction, treats IA and taxonomy as products, and builds cross-functional alignment.
