About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Staff Attorney with regulatory experience to join our Rate Case and Investigations team. Our team is responsible for providing legal services on state rate cases, various state regulatory proceedings, and regulatory audits/investigations. In addition to representing the Company in matters before state regulators, the Senior Staff Attorney will provide advice and legal counsel to the Companys operating groups. The ideal candidate will have a background in state or federal energy regulatory law and/or administrative litigation at the state or federal level.
Requirements
- Background in state or federal energy regulatory law and/or administrative litigation at the state or federal level.
Responsibilities
- Providing legal services on state rate cases, various state regulatory proceedings, and regulatory audits/investigations.
- Representing the Company in matters before state regulators.
- Providing advice and legal counsel to the Company's operating groups.
