About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the Wet Dog category pricing, leading the development of shelf back pricing architecture and strategy, and developing a long-term vision for omni channel trade, pricing, and promotional architecture. The position involves managing key stakeholder groups to align with the SRM agenda, co-piloting the development of customer mix strategy with sales leadership, and creating/managing the US pet nutrition SKU assortment architecture. Additionally, the role leads annual SRM category reviews to identify enterprise-wide opportunities across price, products, and mix, and develops annual price and investment strategies to maximize enterprise profitability. The Sr. SRM Category Manager will also serve as the product owner for the digital SRM toolkit, responsible for its maintenance and enhancement, and leverage advanced analytics to drive innovation in the US pet nutrition portfolio and advance the SRM digital toolkit.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of working experience and/or internship experience in a related field
  • Four-year college degree
  • Experience demonstrating advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong technical and analytical skills

  • Leveraging Insights to Action: Translate pricing insights into actionable recommendations for the marketing teams and the enterprise
