Requirements

Prior strong experience with SAP or similar business enterprise purchasing, inventory control and/or procurement management systems
4-6 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

Assist 3PL in the daily execution and management of Logistics operations activities
Orchestrate and supervise the timely accurate processing of good receiving, delivery order, inventory cycle count, VMI, RMA operation
Develop a 3PL operation and overtime schedule based on a daily production plan
Prepare and execute physical inventory (PI), review inventory variance reports, and claim to 3PL and/or vendors
Lead and manage weekly meetings of warehouse KPI and of Inventory and improve performance
Manage and verify Warehouse vendor’s Claim processes, and Register in NERP Claim system, follow up, close claim#, report to finance team
Support the control of aged material and RMA such as ship back and scrap process
Collaborate with relevant parties relating to warehouse and local packaging operation, to ensure smooth warehouse processing and supporting packaging center operation
Propose warehouse process improvement plans, increase efficiency, reduce operational cost, and improve quality of operation
