As a Shared Services Quality Management Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our services meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance protocols, administering local operating procedures, conducting reviews and inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.
