Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field and 60 months of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation.
  • Backend development of RESTful APIs using Dotnet
  • Front-end development using Angular(v15+) including component creation, service, RxJS, routing, and state management using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Relational databases (SQL Server) including writing stored procedures and complex SQL queries
  • Developing data access layers using Entity Framework, including entity modeling and performance tuning
  • CI/CD and source control tools including Git and GitHub Actions
  • Portfolio Optimization processes and generic optimizers including Axioma or Gurobi

Responsibilities

  • Manage software development lifecycle including coordination, prioritization, and communication across the business product areas.
  • Build and realize the strategy for the teams to support the dynamic needs of the WAME business.
  • Build a client driven technology organization.
  • Agile and DevOps model in partnership of SAMS business - design/develop software solutions and business process solutions based on business needs.
  • Lead application components of moderate complexity.
  • Provide technical design input in overall project.
  • Focus on quality based on Schwab’s standards.
  • Conducts in-depth analysis of data to evaluate identifiable factors.
  • Engage in open and transparent communication to keep the team consistently informed.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, sharing insights in the areas of the industry.
  • Anticipate consequences of situations and takes appropriate action to be prepared for possible contingencies within their assigned tasks.
