Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Certification is required in some areas.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in a Technical or Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop network layouts, ensure compliance, conduct feasibility studies, perform capacity planning, and manage cell site equipment layout and parameter definition.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance, troubleshoot issues, analyze RAN data, and perform RF optimization and capacity management.
  • Deploy network solutions, conduct testing and validation, manage configurations, and oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of wireless RAN systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues, including satellite network routing problems.
  • Work with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, provide customer support, and coordinate installation, maintenance, and optimization activities with various teams.
  • Provide expert radio frequency (RF) engineering and Radio Access Network (RAN) design engineering to ensure robust and efficient network performance.
  • Handle complex RAN engineering tasks; expand expertise in RAN technologies.
