  • Programming & Scripting: Python (primary), Powershell and Bash on Linux for automation and tooling.
  • Azure Cloud or OpenShift: Hands-on experience deploying and operating services on cloud environments such as Azure or OpenShift
  • DevOps Fundamentals: Git, branching strategies, code reviews, automated testing, artifact/version management, and release strategies.
  • Operations at Scale: Building automation that is idempotent, resilient, auditable, and observable.
  • API Development: Designing and implementing robust, secure APIs for operational workflows.
  • Experience with RBAC, policy enforcement, and Azure Key Vault for secrets management.

  • Embed observability and reliability into automation (logging, metrics, pre/post-checks), enabling proactive operations.
  • Codify runbooks into reusable tools/CLIs, Git-backed workflows, and pipelines for our operations teams.
  • Champion DevOps best practices—version control, peer reviews, testing, security-by-default, secrets management, and continuous improvement.
