As a Sr Specialist II, Production, you will bring advanced production expertise to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 10 or more years of broad and deep production, operations, quality, maintenance, or related technical experience providing expert-level competence
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Advanced proficiency in health and safety practices, including safe systems of work, HSE requirements
  • Must be willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to comply with the following: Travel up to 5%, Operate company vehicle on site premises and/or public roads up to 25%, Work extended hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, and perform occasional duties., Transport articles up to 50 pounds, Climb ladders and stairs up to 200 feet, Work safely near large, hot, high-speed machines, around chemicals and hydrocarbons under high pressure and heat, and in harsh weather conditions., Wear fire retardant clothing and personal protective equipment., Maintain face daily for proper respirator/face mask seal. (some examples include being free of facial hair and/or clean shaven)

  • Advanced quality assurance capability, including QA principles, QA processes and practices, testing methodologies, compliance reporting, and defect resolution
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends, monitor defect rates, assess process effectiveness, and support product and service excellence
  • Advanced planning and organizing skills, including process documentation, process mapping, task prioritization, and resource coordination
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally in verbal and written formats
  • Experience planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives under guidance from senior leaders, typically over 3 years to 6 years

Responsibilities

  • Apply deep production knowledge to independently perform the full range of responsibilities within your area of expertise, translating theory into practical solutions that support operational performance.
  • Operate complex machines, equipment, and systems while adjusting processes to improve quality, productivity, and reliability.
  • Identify and resolve complex inefficiencies by using sound judgment, technical expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Support quality assurance by helping develop quality procedures and standards, certifying technological processes, qualifying products, supervising tests, and tracking defects or trends.
  • Monitor health, safety, and environmental performance against key indicators, recognize patterns, and take action to improve performance or address noncompliance with policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose highly complex equipment and systems, support emergency repairs, lead major equipment rebuilds, and guide planned installation of complex systems.
  • Develop medium- and long-term work schedules, coordinate across multiple teams, align priorities with business goals, and reduce bottlenecks that can slow execution.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with different audiences, keep stakeholders informed, and support internal communications for significant work activities with guidance from senior colleagues.
