About The Position
Supervise shift operations to maintain or exceed the following department Quality standards and your individual Quality standards. Provide ongoing coaching to ensure staff is adequately trained. Provide immediate feedback as needed with management/employee’s regarding work related issues. Communicate with management consistently throughout the day on workflow status and deadlines. Coordination and delegation of workflow.
Requirements
- Ten key experience
- Basic PC knowledge
- High School diploma or GED

- Balancing experience preferred
