About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Specialist of Financial Data & Advanced Analytics to work on the development and delivery of advanced analytic solutions that support strategic decision‑making across the enterprise. This position will partner closely with divisional SMEs—including HH Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Research Labs Finance, Corp Finance, Tax and Treasury—to define solution requirements. The Senior Specialist will work on a dedicated team to design and develop solutions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and technical know-how. Advanced knowledge of analytical methods is essential as this role will be a go-to resource across multiple projects which require advanced solution development support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years professional or educational experience in Machine Learning, Data Analysis, Outlier Analysis, Data Curation/Engineering, Story-Telling and Data Visualization.
  • Experience working in a team environment and related skills (People Management, Project Management).
  • Expertise in advanced data analysis, data modeling, and modern BI/analytics tools (Power BI, SQL/Python).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver analytics solutions, including data modeling, semantic layer development, predictive analytics, dashboards, and self‑service capabilities.
  • Partner closely with Data Engineering, IT, and Finance Operations to ensure robust data pipelines, data quality, and model governance.
  • Build forecasting models, scenario analyses, profitability analytics, and performance management frameworks.
  • Ensure analytical rigor, validation, and ongoing performance monitoring of models used across forecasting, commercial insights, and operational planning.
  • Drive standardization and reuse of analytical components across divisions.
  • Work within agile methodologies to drive transparency, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with compliance, privacy, SOX, and governing financial controls.
