Serve as a Customer Quality Specialist, delivering insights on food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality programs while advocating for customer needs. Develop, implement, and maintain technical product specifications and customer quality profiles across product lines. Respond to customer quality, regulatory, and food safety inquiries with timely, accurate, and professional communication. Coordinate customer requirements across internal departments, supply chains, and processing facilities to ensure compliance and satisfaction. Lead or support audits, questionnaires, investigations, and change management activities related to customer quality requirements. Manage complex quality projects, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to Customer Quality leadership efforts.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in a team leadership role.
  • Three or more years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing within agriculture, food manufacturing, or dietary supplements.
  • Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations and food safety standards, including CFR 110/111, HACCP, FSMA, FSVP, and GFSI.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems a plus.
