About The Position
The Customer Insights Specialist will support a team that uses data to discover insights about the customer experience at our conferences. This individual will help to impact changes and improvements in Gartner’s world class conference business.
Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite capabilities a must.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to operate independently on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication skills required.
Nice To Haves
- A focus in market research, business, statistics, psychology, or similar social science a plus.
- Familiarity with the tasks associated with recruiting for surveys, focus groups and one-on-one interviews would be helpful.
- Familiarity with primary research tools like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey a plus.
- Exposure to research methodologies, survey design, and data collection techniques a plus.
- Exposure to the B2B research preferred.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of primary research projects.
- Manage communications with external executive-level professionals.
- Ensure project deliverables meet the needs and standards of executive-level stakeholders.
- Work closely with data analysts, market researchers, and other team members to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
