About The Position

About DaVita & DaVita Technology At DaVita, we often say that we are a community first and a company second. We care for our teammates with the same intensity with which we care for our patients. DaVita Technology is at the heart of our mission, undergoing a massive, multi-year transformation. Having recently merged our digital and IT capabilities into a unified “DaVita Technology” organization, we are accelerating how we deliver value. With major initiatives underway—spanning artificial intelligence, data strategies, and modern product delivery—we are building a proactive engine of transformation to shape the future of kidney care. Role Overview We are seeking a Specialist, Organizational Change & Development (HR Level: S4 / I677) to join our tight-knit Technology Change & Transformation team. You will directly support the broader team in the execution of high- and medium-priority change initiatives within the DaVita Technology organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently with moderate supervision, takes full ownership of their deliverables, and thrives in a dynamic environment where navigating a moderate to high level of ambiguity is required to get things done.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and successfully navigate ambiguity to achieve results.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and active listening.
  • Experience synthesizing data, running analysis on impacts and change progress, and reporting out findings.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite and modern collaboration/survey tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics).
  • Eagerness to adopt and utilize generative AI tools is a strong plus.

  • Partner with project leads and change managers to support complex technology transformations.
  • Leverage your background experience and exposure to project and change management in highly technical environments.
