As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will work with a cross-functional team including Target Merchants, Planners and Product Design and Development to turn ideas into the merchandise on our stores’ shelves and on our online channels. You will be responsible for partnering with global sourcing and vendors to deliver high-quality, trend-right merchandise at a great value to our guests. You will drive sourcing strategy to support global balance, matrix optimization, and help Target achieve our financial plans.

Requirements

Four-year degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant sourcing or merchandising experience

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Responsibilities

Partnering with global sourcing and vendors to deliver high-quality, trend-right merchandise at a great value to our guests.
Drive sourcing strategy to support global balance, matrix optimization, and help Target achieve our financial plans.
Work with a cross-functional team including Target Merchants, Planners and Product Design and Development to turn ideas into the merchandise on our stores’ shelves and on our online channels.
Ensure compliance with responsible practices.
