In addition to managing projects and project tasks, you will be responsible for staff development, performance management, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in development technology. This role bridges technical execution with people leadership and strategic planning, playing a critical role in advancing enterprise software solution capabilities and team growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and 7 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in computer science or related field and 6 years of relevant experience, or In lieu of education, 11 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages software engineering teams and strategic development projects.
• Defines technical vision, development strategy, and architectural direction.
• Oversees task planning, resource allocation, and project execution.
• Recruits, mentors, and develops engineering talent through performance management and coaching.
• Fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Collaborates with executive stakeholders to align software initiatives with organizational strategy.
• Ensures delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing software systems.
• Supports succession planning and team growth through structured development plans.
• Performs other duties as assigned
