Requirements

Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
Experience testing APIs, services, or system-level software
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience building or extending test automation frameworks
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in build systems
Exposure to performance, reliability, or scalability testing
Prior experience collaborating closely with development teams in fast-paced environments
Strong programming or scripting skills in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

Responsibilities

Drive end‑to‑end software quality from design through validation and release, identifying risks early and ensuring strong functional, integration, system, and regression coverage.
Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for APIs, services, and end‑to‑end workflows; expand automation to reduce manual testing and improve release confidence.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and actively monitor results.
Partner closely with developers to improve testability, coverage, and defect prevention; collaborate with product and program teams to validate real‑world use cases and edge scenarios.
Investigate test failures and production issues, identify root causes, and work with engineering teams to drive fixes and prevent regressions.
Continuously improve test frameworks, tools, and quality processes; contribute to retrospectives and grow expertise in automation, systems testing, and modern development practices.
