Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with secure software development and software lifecycle management.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Platform One, cloud-native software development, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
- Professional certifications in Security+, AWS Certified Developer – Associate, and Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) are preferred.
- Additional certifications in Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Practitioner, HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate, and Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Leads the development, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of mission-critical software capabilities for defense customers.
- Provides technical leadership in software architecture and design.
- Advances Agile development and DevSecOps practices.
- Leads code reviews, system integration, defect resolution, and cybersecurity compliance efforts.
- Drives technical documentation.
- Collaborates across engineering disciplines to deliver secure, scalable, and mission-ready software solutions.
