About The Position

At Disney Experiences, we craft world-class digital guest experiences—from the magic of our theme parks to the seamless functionality of our resort platforms. We are looking for a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer who isn't just a "coder," but a creative problem-solver. This role is unique: you will lead the development of complex capabilities on the Salesforce platform while bridging the gap with modern full-stack technologies (Node, Angular, Java). Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferred professional software development experience in a senior role.
• Solid experience with Java, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks like Angular.
• Experience writing unit tests and following Test-Driven Development patterns to ensure long-term stability.
• Comfortable with Scrum/Kanban cycles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Expertise in Apex (triggers, controllers, asynchronous processing), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementation.
• Experience using development tools such as Cursor, ClaudeCode, or other AI-driven IDEs to streamline workflows.
• Familiarity with scratch orgs and modern DevOps workflows for Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable capabilities on the Salesforce platform using Apex Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex integrations.
• Extend Salesforce functionality by building supporting microservices and UI components using Node.js, Angular, and Java.
• Leverage and implement solutions within Service Cloud and Data Cloud to create a unified, 360-degree view of the Guest journey.
• Lead the charge in "Next-Gen" engineering by leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., Cursor, ClaudeCode, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate velocity and improve code quality.
• Drive excellence through Test-Driven Development (TDD) and maintain a high bar for code reviews, documentation, and architectural integrity.
• Thrive in an Agile environment, partnering with Product Managers and Designers to turn "what if" into "here's how."
