About The Position

The Sr. Software Engineer, Testing will join either the Portfolio or Trading team and design and build advanced test automation platforms for high-performance, mission-critical systems. The role aims to reduce reliance on external vendors and enable faster, more reliable development cycles through scalable automation and AI-driven testing. It sits at the intersection of software engineering, testing strategy, and platform architecture, with an emphasis on agentic development loops and minimizing latency and production downtime. The successful candidate will help reduce testing cycle times and increase release velocity, improve system reliability and reduce production incidents, expand adoption of scalable automation platforms across teams, and validate both system performance and business logic. The role contributes to testing strategy as platforms are re-architected, including an OMS SaaS migration. The anticipated onsite schedule is four days per week: two days at the Westport, Connecticut campus and two days at the New York City location.
