Requirements

7+ years of experience as a backend software engineer with a strong track record of building and maintaining high-quality, scalable software systems.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Go, Java, or Python.
Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, standards, and best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with IAM services and features.
Leverage AI/ML tools to accelerate development cycle, improve coverage, detect anomalies, and reduce manual testing overhead.
Test driven development mindset and experience
Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and distributed systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with product managers, other software engineers, UX Designers and security experts to build product features that meet business objectives and security standards.
Implement logging, monitoring, and auditing capabilities to ensure visibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Continuously optimize and improve the performance, security, and scalability of the platform through code reviews, testing, and refactoring.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and leverage them to drive innovation and improve our platform.
