A premier client has an immediate opening due to a recent candidate back-out! We need senior-level engineering leadership options lined up ASAP before the client PM returns on July 10. This is a 1-Year Contract role from July 2026 to July 2027, and it is 100% Remote within the US. A critical requirement for this role is high schedule flexibility, including split morning and evening availability with breaks, to effectively oversee both onshore and offshore development pods. The core tech and leadership stack includes 8+ years of experience in software development, engineering management, or technical delivery leadership. A proven background managing multiple Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) development pods in large-scale enterprise environments is essential. Deep experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure DevOps / CI/CD pipeline automation is required. Experience in government or regulated environments (DHS / Federal / State compliance or IV&V) is highly preferred.
