In this role, you’ll strengthen BECU’s engineering capabilities by designing and delivering scalable, secure software that directly enhances the digital experiences our members rely on. You’ll apply engineering rigor, architectural thinking, and hands‑on development leadership to accelerate MDX priorities. You’ll shape how we build systems, mentor developers, and influence engineering standards across the organization. Your work will improve reliability, performance, and long-term technical health across our platforms. Through your contributions, you’ll help advance BECU’s mission to improve the financial well‑being of our members. To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote.
