As Sr. Software Developer I (Salesforce) , you’ll build and support Salesforce solutions in a mission-driven, regulated environment. As a Salesforce Developer, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to develop new features, maintain existing functionality, and grow your technical skills across the Salesforce platform. This role offers hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and declarative tools—while learning best practices for enterprise-scale development in a supportive, collaborative team. Requirements

  • Must have DoD Secret Clearance
  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Hands-on experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools.
  • Understanding of Salesforce fundamentals including object relationships, security models, and the Lightning platform.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow established development standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative capabilities under guidance from senior team members.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Salesforce features that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware platforms.
  • Implement data models, security controls, and role-based access configurations as directed.
  • Follow established development standards, code quality practices, and CI/CD processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and user-reported problems across development and test environments.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality and technical skills.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and support compliance efforts.
