If you're ready to make an impact, you're in the right place. This role is a Long-Term Contract position located in Sunnyvale, CA, requiring three days per week onsite. Candidates relocating from other US locations may work remotely for the first 1–2 months during the relocation period. The Sr. Snowflake Engineer will understand business problems, analyze solutions, design, and help build solutions to meet HPE's analytical needs. This role involves working across other business segments and cross-functional teams for various use cases, with a preference for functional understanding of processes and methodologies within Supply Chain/Services/Marketing/Sales. Ensuring alignment between upstream processes (in Salesforce, SAP etc) with the reporting solutions and collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams for end-to-end delivery of solutions are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• Profile should be between 8-12 years of techno functional expertise in Data & Analytics
• Hands-on expertise in Snowflake (minimum of 6 years or more)
• Prior Data Warehouse/Data Modelling experience
• Expertise in requirements gathering, application design, build and rollout
• Strong SQL knowledge is a must
• Exposure to enterprise solutions like Sales Force, Oracle CPQ, ERP needed
• Must be a team player and have worked with cross functional technical and business teams
• Strong oral and written communication skills are a must

Nice To Haves

• Functional understanding of process and methodology within Supply Chain/Services/Marketing/Sales preferred
• Working experience on Fivetran HVR or Matillion is an added advantage
