Continuous learning, content creation, and teaching others specific subject areas are key. The role includes informally coaching and contributing to the development of others through mentoring or in-house workshops and learning sessions, and developing engineers across functional teams on technology decisions. The developer will also develop, design, and implement new ideas utilizing new frameworks to improve existing or new systems/processes/services, and conduct investigative independent study and problem-solving for non-routine tasks.
