Trane has a new exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Senior Project Administrator for our Pacific Northwest Rocky Mountain Region Service group. Locations for this role would be (Denver, CO or Bellevue, WA). As a Senior Service Project Administrator, under limited supervision, you are responsible for Claims Review/Processing and seeing them through to full completion with direct responsibility for Claims execution, to accomplish specific goals in a given time frame and with limited resources. This includes documentation, materials, job costing, status monitoring, invoicing, and administrative closeout of each Claim. This position is required to closely interact with Service Team Members, and other assigned staff to ensure the timely completion of each project.

Requirements

  • One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three (3) plus years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
  • Participate in and contribute to lean improvements activities
  • Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems preferred not required.

Responsibilities

  • Check Invoice Posting and Claim Statuses
  • Validate Entry for Completed Claims
  • Review and Submit Claims in WMS or other methods
  • Analyze aging WIP (over 30 days) for Claims
  • Check open costs for Claims
  • Schedule and participate in internal Claims team meetings to ensure accurate transfer of information.
  • Dispute Resolution of Service Invoices
  • Review open disputes to determine root cause
  • Act and determine next steps
