About The Position

Senior level IT professional that is passionate about technology and has a good mix of technical and customer service skills. Responsible for maintaining devices via endpoint management tools such as Intune, JAMF and BigFix. Provide 3rd tier support for the Service Desk team and promotes adoption of technologies offered to the business. Constantly reviews processes and policies for areas of improvement and assist the implementation of those changes. Ability to listen, train and work with multiple teams within the business.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • In-depth knowledge of computers, operating systems and programs
  • In-depth knowledge of scripting languages (Javascript, Powershell, Regex, and others)
  • In-depth technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to “Think out of the box”
  • Customer service focused
  • Experience with MacOS
  • Intune configuration, management, and support
  • JAMF configuration, management, and support
  • Bigfix configuration, management, and support

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for scripting, deploying, and updating end user devices via remote management tools.
  • Provide 3rd tier support for Service Desk
  • Provides technical training for Service Desk
  • Provides training to business teams and promotes the adoption of technology
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of all technologies offered to end user community
  • Provide update, status, and completion information to infrastructure management in reference to Projects that are assigned
  • Research, Test and Provide guidance on new and upcoming technology trends
  • Other duties as assigned
