About The Position

This role involves collaborating with innovative and passionate individuals to foster excellence and success. The Sr Security Professional will be responsible for project managing the implementation of access control systems, including site coordination and commissioning. A key aspect of the role is managing incident response efforts to minimize downtime and mitigate security threats. The position also requires overseeing the operational use of physical security systems such as ProWatch, Maxpro, and Lenel, encompassing access control, surveillance, and ancillary systems. Ensuring compliance with security regulations and standards, providing training for staff on systems operations, and managing relationships with security vendors and contractors are also core duties. Additionally, the role involves managing IT partnerships to ensure solutions align with IT policies, issuing and managing user support, application onboarding, and training. The professional will support the program manager with implementation standards and system controls for Unified Access strategies, and assist GSOC operations and integrations of Physical Security Information Management.

Requirements

Experience with ProWatch, Maxpro, Lenel, or similar physical security systems.
Knowledge of access control, surveillance, and ancillary security systems.
Understanding of security regulations and standards.
Experience in IT partnerships and policy adherence.
Skills in user support, application onboarding, and training.
Familiarity with Unified Access strategies.
Experience with GSOC operations and Physical Security Information Management integration.
