About The Position

Miltenyi Biotec North America, Inc. is seeking a Sr. SAP Business Analyst to support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks within SAP environments. This role involves designing unified operational cockpits, predictive alerting, and autonomous reprocessing. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance SAP system performance. Responsibilities include working with IT project managers on issue list management, task management, documentation, and training. The analyst will also act as an internal consultant by facilitating and configuring SAP for process improvement, documenting test application and interface changes, and training users on applications and software quality assurance processes. Miltenyi Biotec has been a pivotal player in the design, development, manufacture, and integration of products for sample preparation, cell separation, cell analysis, imaging, and cell culture needs for over 30 years, leading to cutting-edge cell and gene therapies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field
5 years of experience as a SAP Analyst or a related occupation
Demonstrated experience with: SAP modules (WM/SD/MM); designing and integrating SAP across automated ecosystems; RF/RFID frameworks; IDoc/EDI/RFC integrations; ABAP diagnostics; configurations in P2P, OTC and IM/WMS processes; product life cycle management; workflow strategy; translating processes in RICEFW specifications; delivering integration solutions for B2B and B2C; and conducting unit and system integration testing

Responsibilities
