About The Position

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced, self-directed developer with strong Salesforce Apex, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, SOQL, .NET, SQL, and full-stack web development experience. This role involves designing, developing, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting custom Salesforce applications, participating in all phases of the SDLC, and analyzing requirements to provide technical solutions for application integration. The developer will support the CT-KIND system, work with System Integrators for knowledge transfer, and develop technical documentation. Troubleshooting application issues, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving assigned work from requirements through implementation are key aspects of this position. Additionally, the role includes mentoring less-experienced technical staff and supporting end-to-end web development activities.

Requirements

10+ years of overall professional IT/development experience.
5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience coding Salesforce Apex using OOP principles.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development and design patterns.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, maintain, and support custom Salesforce applications.
Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Pages, and Visualforce Pages.
Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements verification, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support.
Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions for application integration.
Support development and ongoing maintenance of the CT-KIND system.
Work with the System Integrator to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure long-term maintainability of assigned modules.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Troubleshoot application issues and implement effective solutions.
Work with agency stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Drive assigned work from requirements through implementation.
Mentor less-experienced technical staff and share knowledge with the development team.
Support application integration and end-to-end web development activities.
