About The Position

This is a hybrid role for a Sr. Salesforce developer with 5 to 8 years of relevant Salesforce development experience. The position requires proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, triggers, objects, security model, Lightning, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce OOO Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Visual Flows, Salesforce Content Management (Content Version, Document and Distribution), Apex design patterns, and modern OO languages (preferably Java). Experience with destructive testing methodologies and tools, cloud computing platforms, associated automation patterns, application of design patterns, and CICD tools like Flosum, AutoRabbit, or Ant is also beneficial. The role emphasizes innovation, action-orientation, collaboration, effective communication, and driving results.

Requirements

5 to 8 years of relevant Salesforce development experience
Exposure to integrations experience with Salesforce, REST API, Connected APP, OAUTH Flows
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, triggers, objects, security model, etc.
Proficient in Lightning, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components
Proficient in Salesforce OOO Workflow Rules, Process Builder and Visual Flows
Proficient in Salesforce Content Management (Content Version, Document and Distribution)
Proficient in Apex design pattern
Proficient in a modern OO language (preferably Java)
Experience in destructive testing methodologies and tools
Proficient in a cloud computing platform and the associated automation patterns they provide
Exposure to application of design patterns

Nice To Haves

Experience with HTML, CSS, Java Script is a plus
Exposure to CICD tool like Flosum, AutoRabbit, Ant will be plus point

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
Configure and manage Salesforce OOO Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Visual Flows.
Manage Salesforce Content Management, including Content Version, Document, and Distribution.
Apply Apex design patterns and modern OO language principles (preferably Java).
Implement destructive testing methodologies and tools.
Utilize cloud computing platforms and associated automation patterns.
Apply design patterns in application development.
Work with CICD tools such as Flosum, AutoRabbit, or Ant.
Collaborate with others to achieve shared objectives.
Communicate effectively with different audiences.
Consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
