About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. You will be responsible for developing custom applications, integrating with other systems, and ensuring the optimal performance of our Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including various cloud offerings and development methodologies. Experience with B2B eCommerce and CI/CD tools is also essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform, including using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Framework, LWR, HTML/CSS, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, API integrations, Batch Apex, Workflows, Process Builder, and Lightning Flows
• Experienced using Gearset with Azure Dev Ops for CI/CD
• Experience working in Agile and waterfall software development methodologies
• Working knowledge on B2B eCommerce and other external community sites
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform including its core features, capabilities, and limitations
• Knowledgeable with Salesforce's various cloud offerings such as Sales, Service (Order Management), and Marketing Cloud
• Experience with understanding and assessing proposed solutions to meet requirements

• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Framework, LWR, HTML/CSS, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, API integrations, Batch Apex, Workflows, Process Builder, and Lightning Flows.
• Utilize Gearset with Azure Dev Ops for CI/CD processes.
• Work within Agile and waterfall software development methodologies.
• Develop and maintain custom applications for B2B eCommerce and external community sites.
• Understand and assess proposed solutions to meet business requirements.
• Leverage knowledge of Salesforce's core features, capabilities, and limitations.
• Apply knowledge of Salesforce's various cloud offerings such as Sales, Service (Order Management), and Marketing Cloud.
