About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and certified Salesforce Administrator with strong expertise in Salesforce Platform Administration to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will own the day-to-day Salesforce Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud & Platform administration including (flows, permissions, data model, security, reporting). The Administrator will support sales and order processing business activities, data quality, and secure access as well as provide light development and analyst support as needed. This position is remote with occasional onsite travel WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Administer users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security/SSO. Design and maintain Record-Triggered, Scheduled, and Screen Flows; retire legacy automation. Manage data models (objects/fields), validation, duplicate rules; perform secure data loads. Build Reports & Dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, and activity hygiene. Configure Sales Cloud (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Price Books, Quotes) as well as any customizations. Maintain AppExchange packages; monitor org health, limits, login/setup audit trail, and API usage. Coordinate sandboxes, change sets/SFDX packaging, UAT, and release notes; follow change control/CAB. Experience Cloud (LWR) storefronts: manage themes/pages/navigation, permissions, and publishing. B2B entities: maintain Buyer Groups, Catalogs/Categories, Products, Price Books/Price List Entries, Inventory, and Entitlements. Storefront operations: configure carts/checkout, guest vs. authenticated access, and account-based pricing/availability and credit card checkout Data jobs: run and monitor catalog/pricing/inventory imports; troubleshoot failures. Monitoring & integrations: track storefront errors/failed jobs, API limits, basic KPIs; coordinate payments/tax flows (e.g., Stripe, Vertex/Avalara). Collaborate with developers/integration teams; contribute small Apex/LWC updates under review. Contribute development support where appropriate including Apex, LWC, API integrations and technical debugging Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce, B2B Commerce Cloud, payment integrations and connected systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years’ IT experience (System Admin, Apps Development, Cloud Computing or a related IT field)
  • Minimum 5 years Salesforce administration experience required
  • Experience Apex/LWC and CI/CD to partner with developers
  • Hands-on Flows (fault paths, subflows), security model, reporting/dashboards
  • Strong grasp of sales processes and data hygiene best practices
  • Proficient with Data Loader/Workbench; sandbox/change management experience
  • Clear communicator with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders
  • Green Card or US Citizenship required
  • Salesforce Administrator (Required)
