About The Position

Are you a Salesforce pro who loves solving complex problems and creating seamless user experiences? We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the evolution of our Salesforce platform and help drive business success. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Applications, you’ll be the go-to expert for everything Salesforce—managing, optimizing, and scaling our environment while ensuring it truly empowers our teams. You’ll take the lead on translating business needs into smart, user-focused solutions, while continuously improving our platform through innovation, governance, and best practices. Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred
  • Experience with configuration changes, DevOps, and release management
  • Proven ability to design scalable, user-focused Salesforce solutions
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation
  • Knowledge of change management and governance best practices
  • Excellent data management and optimization skills

Responsibilities

  • Own & Optimize Our Salesforce Platform
  • Lead platform management and maintenance to ensure peak performance
  • Drive the Salesforce roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation
  • Evaluate underused features and propose solutions to maximize value
  • Conduct regular system health checks, security reviews, and release updates
  • Empower Users
  • Manage user setup, licenses, roles, and permissions
  • Support end users through training, troubleshooting, and ongoing guidance
  • Boost user adoption and ensure a smooth, intuitive experience for all teams
  • Communicate platform changes clearly to stakeholders at every level
  • Customize & Innovate
  • Configure Salesforce solutions including Flows, dashboards, page layouts, apps, and more
  • Apply knowledge of triggers and Apex when needed
  • Design scalable, best-practice solutions that meet business needs
  • Document processes and solutions for easy reference and continuity
  • Drive Data Quality & Governance
  • Maintain high-quality Salesforce data through rules, automation, and best practices
  • Lead change management and ensure compliance with governance processes
  • Integrate & Collaborate
  • Manage integrations and relationships with third-party applications like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, 6Sense, G2, HighSpot, and more
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate business goals into technical solutions
