Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, login access, and data visibility
• Create and maintain page layouts, record types, fields, validation rules, flows, and automation.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and stakeholder needs
• Participate in release management, sandbox refreshes, and testing during Salesforce updates
• Work with teams like Sales, Marketing, and IT to integrate Salesforce with other tools and support business processes.
• Create user guides, provide training sessions, and maintain documentation of system processes and changes
