About The Position

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with experience selling IT Managed Services in the Healthcare Provider vertical. This is a remote position. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of IT Sales experience in the Managed Services/Professional Services space and strong relationships in the Healthcare Provider market. A deep understanding of Information Technology and Digital Solutions sales and technology and/or professional services sales is required. The role involves understanding the modern complexities of business and technology to deliver insights, solutions, and outcomes that matter most. NTT DATA delivers tangible business results by combining deep industry expertise with applied innovations in digital, cloud, and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure, and business process services. This is primarily a hunter-type sales role focused on generating, qualifying, and closing new business at the C-suite decision-maker level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT Services sales and/or professional services sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling into enterprise Healthcare clients
  • 12+ years of IT Sales experience in the Managed Services/Professional Services space
  • Strong relationships in the Healthcare Provider market
  • Deep understanding of Information Technology and Digital Solutions sales and technology and/or professional services sales
  • Specific client knowledge of the modern complexities of business and technology
  • Ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates boardroom executive presence

Responsibilities

  • Sells complex managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions including regulatory compliance solutions, digital solutions, mobile solutions, transformational services, application management/support, digital workplace services, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
  • Demonstrates a history of success in a sales hunter role with a proven ability to acquire net new logos.
  • Possesses a passion for improving healthcare and patient outcomes and is recognized as an expert in Healthcare Provider service solutions.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of IT managed and professional services and can articulate the value proposition to clients.
  • Creatively sells into large national Healthcare Insurance and Provider accounts and demonstrates successful deal closures.
  • Interfaces and successfully influences C-level executives within the customer organization.
  • Designs and implements sales strategy to achieve sales quota.
  • Assesses potential sales opportunities and develops value propositions.
  • Applies an extremely deep understanding of business, financials, service offerings, the market, and the needs/challenges of assigned accounts.
  • Understands and applies the long-term vision of business/technology direction for NTT DATA.
  • Drives services sales strategies that help drive exponential sales growth.
  • Demonstrates ability and success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $12+ million in Revenue.
  • Understands the competitive landscape for IT services and anticipates how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of NTT DATA services.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates boardroom executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel 40% of the time.
